Jupi has all the makings of a revolutionary product, and we're looking for a CMO who's eager to bring that story to the world.
đŻ The Role
This isnât just a CMO role. You're joining an early team of 6, and you will make a decisive impact. Youâll shape Jupiâs strategy, culture, and category from the ground up. Youâll represent the company with shareholders, VCs, and more importantly, with our community of users. Youâll think across all functions and lead with craft and ambition.
You will be extremely hands-on, and ship amazing stuff, fast.
Youâll be a close partner to the founders and the commercial team. You wonât just run marketing, youâll help build the company.
đĄ Responsibilities
Youâll own, execute and scale the full marketing function:
- Brand & narrative
- Product marketing
- Demand generation
- Customer marketing
- Field marketing
- Marketing operations
- Content marketing & campaigns
What you'll actually do:
- Be hands-on where it counts
- Partner with the CRO to drive pipeline and revenue: support pitches, decks, product launches, lead-gen events, listen to sales calls, pitch yourself
- Continuously evolve the website, narrative, and messaging, test and refine relentlessly
- Identify marquee logos, bring them in, build and expand the customer advisory board into a strategic asset
- Automate key workflows using AI
- Build Jupiâs voice in user communities
- Talk to customers often, capture insight and language, and feed that back into everything
- Refine our positioning, story, and point of viewâobsess over differentiation, TAM, defensibility, and value creation
- Write smart briefs and lead standout campaigns that move people
- Do everything with method
đŒ Ideal Profile
- Lots of structure, lots of ambition, high energy, few words
- Native English speaker
- Deep familiarity with Silicon Valley startup culture
- Strong understanding of AI, strategically and technically. You use AI daily and benchmark tools obsessively
- Brand-first instincts with strength in positioning, storytelling, and product marketing (the rest of the team is technical and experienced enough with marketing ops to help you cover it)
- Sharp communicator with exceptional soft skills
- Lead with goals and by example
- Experience in SaaS, primarily US-focused
- Ready to go all-in. We aim to build something in the league of Figma, Slack, or Airtable, with AI as a 10x multiplier
